However, in the rare event where you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, then following is the procedure to return the goods.

(b) Damage or loss during transit and before delivery
(c) If the package received is tampered with and in a bad shape
(d) If the product is not how it is described on the website or due to some discrepancy in the pricing catalogue as a result of which you have been charged a higher price than mentioned.
All our shipping is done using India Post as our shipping agent. Our weekly shipping date is Thursday, unless it is a postal holiday. During stock taking or other maintenance operations, our shipping day may change. This will be announced on our website.
While, India Post is a reliable shipper, in the event there non-delivery of the shipment due to shortcomings with India Post, HariyaleeSeeds will bear full responsibility of reshipping the lost consignment.
