Found this gem in Vidharba, Maharashtra . Small and succulent fruit with a distinctive pinkish purple colour.  Very tasty flesh. I have seen star hotels pickle it in decorative jars.  This variety is fast facing extinction and needs to be revived.  Excellent for pot cultivation.
