This is a climber  with green bean pods that look like a balloons.  Almost totally extinct, this variety used to be common in the in Tamil Nadu and Kerela till recently.  Very easy to grow. An ornamental vine with white flowers and very curious looking seed pods.  Extract from the leaves of this vine, which smells almost like almond essence, is used as a flavouring in cake and sweet breads and candy.
