Air Potato (Dioscorea bulbifera)

Dioscorea bulbifera (commonly known as the air potato, air yam, aerial yam, ) is a species of true yam in the yam family. It is native to Africa, Asia and northern Australia. A long-lived vine that produces short-lived climbing stems each year from an underground tuber, reaching 10m in height. Its edible and also has medicinal properties. It can be used as same as regular potato.
